Dear All,
The CPU graph now uses a fixed range, based on the number of processor cores your machine has available. Thus, for a 4 core machine, your CPU graph will have a range from 0%-400%. This is more in line with what other monitoring tools do, and it shows you how much processor capacity you have left, which is a useful metric.
