Dear All,
Last night I presented Java-monitor for the Devoxx community in one of the Tools in Action sessions. I received lots of good feedback (and compliments :o) afterwards.
The best part was the people I have talked to at the Speaker's Dinner which was also last night. Speaking to all these people made me realize that making an in-house version of Java-monitor is a key component for Java-monitor to grow and be successful.
I also got some advise on JBoss' Drools as a rules engine. Based on what I heard last night, I should be able not only to offer you guys a more proactive e-mail service (ie, mail when the application server is *about* to die, not just when it went away) pretty soon.
Exciting stuff.
Kees Jan
