Default new probe: Glassfish server detection, Tomcat 4.1 detection

Dear All,

We have just released a new version of the Java-monitor monitoring tool. It features a new probe that knows about Glassfish servers. With this probe you can run monitor more than one Glassfish server running on the same machine. With the previous probe that was not possible.

This version of Java-monitor also fixes two issues that could cause servers not to reconnect after they had lost the connection to the Java-monitor collector.

The probe has also been updated to work in ancient versions of Tomcat. Tomcat version 4.0.1 cannot be monitored using Java-monitor. We tested versions as old as 4.1.39.
