Default How to stop Java security warning message from popping up?

Whenever I go onto this website which i use regularly for uni, I get bombarded with this message
"the application requires you to run an earlier version of java. Are you sure you wish to continue?"
I click Run but then more keep popping up. Every time i log on i have to click run at least 5 times before they go away, is there a way to set my internet to "always run" or something?

Dear martynlutherking,

You need to talk to your university's IT support unit. Here we deal mostly with server-side Java issues, not desktop support. Sorry.
